Our philosophy
Karoo Club events aren’t just rounds of golf — they’re mini homecomings. From the moment you arrive, there’s a shared energy: familiar accents, warm handshakes, and the kind of humour that only South Africans truly get.
Based in southern England, each event, played once a month from early spring through late autumn, offers a different flavour — medal rounds, betterball comps, eclectic formats, and the occasional wildcard to keep things interesting. Whether you’re chasing personal bests or just showing up for the laughs, every round is welcoming and inclusive.
But we don’t stop at the 18th. The 19th hole is our clubhouse in the wild — pints, post-round banter, and often a boerie roll or two sizzling nearby. It’s where rivalries are put to bed, nicknames are earned, and the club’s true character shines.
And once a year, we take it up a notch. Our flagship annual tour is more than a golf trip — it’s a celebration of friendship, freedom, and fairways, with top-notch courses, incredible food, and just enough mischief to keep the WhatsApp group buzzing till next year.
